Economic Justice
Modelling the friendship of Julie and Françoise which crossed social boundaries, we commit ourselves to create a model for right relationships within the global society.
We are committed to working with poor people in the most abandoned places and we believe that the causes of poverty are deeply rooted in unjust economic and social structures. Therefore, we commit ourselves to deepen our understanding of these systemic causes of poverty and to take action which will benefit impoverished people. We do this because we believe that social justice is at the very heart of the Christian call in today's world.
Because we are committed to working with others we are members of:
• Jubilee Network USA
• Religious Working Group on the World Bank and IMF
• 50 Years Network for Economic Justice
• Interfaith Working Group for Trade and Investment
