Sr. Edith Eneh, SNDdeN stretching beyond her comfort zone.
Matthew 8:2 Jesus Stretched Out His Hand
This is one of many touches recounted in scripture. Each time Jesus reaches beyond the comfort zone; the leper, the man born blind, Jairus’ daughter, Lazarus and many others. In each retelling, there are cultural reasons why Jesus should keep his distance but he is called to care.
We Too, are called to stretch beyond our comfort zone in these days of challenge. Every country and culture have stretched to ease heartache, anxiety, hunger and pain in so many ways.

Our sisters in ministry are called to stretch to answer needs of the community where we are in mission. Your presence of prayer and support encourage us to stretch beyond the limits of any specific ministry to alleviate the suffering brought on by the pandemic.

EARNING AND LEARNING
WORLDWIDE
EQUAL ACCESS?
|
Have you, family members and/or friends stretched beyond your comfort zone to work/study in a Hybrid environment during any part of this past year? Did you learn a lot about yourself and others during this reality?
Juan and his family live in the scattered settlements “pueblos jovenes” (young towns) surrounding Lima. Juan and his 4 children (ages 7-15) all attempted to connect to work and school program demands using the ONE cell phone the family owned. A difficult situation heightened by a less than adequate internet connection. Less than good connections made learning and earning impossible.

Dear Friends,
A stretch with success is possible with you and your support. These few stories of ministry are pinpoints in in our world reality. Having access to resources if half the struggle.
Thank you for your presence with us on the journey,
Sr. Leonore Coan, SNDdeN,
